- Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
- Any loss arising from reliance on information, odds, or content displayed on the platform that is subsequently shown to be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete.
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services, whether planned or unplanned, including maintenance windows, technical outages, or force majeure events.
- Any unauthorised access to a player's account arising from the player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
- Any loss resulting from a player's own decision to gamble, including losses sustained during a period when a player was aware or should have been aware that their gambling was causing financial or personal harm.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit mc77's liability for death or personal injury caused by mc77's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
In all cases where mc77's liability is not fully excluded, mc77's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
